Dependencies
Task dependencies are predecessor/successor relationships between real task IDs. DEP-001, DEP-002, etc. are dependency themes / blocker categories only; they are not task IDs.
Task Dependency Graph
A task is dependency-blocked when any predecessor task is still open. This is shown separately from the manual blocker flag.
